Due to the nature of our retreats, all retreat deposits and payments are used to secure venues, activities, and supplies; all deposits and payments are non-refundable. You may be offered a credit for a future retreat or event, based on the decision of our team. You may transfer your reservation to a friend or family member to attend in your place.

All credit card processing fees are non-refundable

In the event of conditions outside of our control and acts of god, such as but not limited to floods, earthquakes, blizzards, COVID-19 fires, droughts, etc., we reserve the right to reschedule to retreat to another date or location to accommodate our guests.
